SINGLE ORIGIN SPECIALTY COFFEE
Brazil Santos – A pleasant aroma and a smooth, fine flavor distinguishes this medium bodied roast.
Celebes Kaposi – A light acidity sparks this smooth and mellow, full flavored coffee.
Colombia Excelso – A moderately aromatic, medium bodied coffee with a smooth, fine flavor.
Colombia Supremo – A mellow and winey toned, excellently flavored coffee with good acidity. The finest of the Colombian coffees.
Costa Rica – Aromatic with very good body and excellent acidity. A full flavored coffee that blends well with other coffees.
Ethiopia Moka Harrar – Considered the best from Ethiopia, it has a rich, heavy bodied, winey, and exotic flavor. Very similar to the Mocha.
Ethiopia Sidamo – Washed coffee from Ethiopia. Nice acidity and smoothness. Blends well with Colombians and Javas. Some consider it better than Harrar.
Guatemala Antigua – A high altitude coffee distinguished by a reddish color, exhibiting the qualities that most people consider to be an ideal cup of coffee. Superbly aromatic, rich and lively, excellent acidity and heavy bodied.
Jamaican Blue – Great name backed by great coffee, offering a good balance of acidity, flavor and body. (ONLY available in 1 lb bags)
Kenya AA – A pleasantly snappy and lively flavor. An excellent way to start the morning.
Kona Fancy – From the Western slopes of Hawaii’s volcanoes comes this exotic and highly aromatic coffee. Mild acidity with smooth body and fine flavor.
Maragojipe – Huge, rich beans that brew into a mellow bodied, smooth cup with mild acidity.
Mexico – Full body and fine acidity. Wonderful bouquet.
Mocha Yemen – A heavy bodied cup, slightly acidic, smooth, with unique undertones of chocolate flavor.
New Guinea Plantation A – Low in acidity, slightly aromatic, smooth and full bodied.
Panama – A solid base in top-notch blends, this Central American producer offers an excellent product high in acidity and satisfying for most gourmet customers.
Salvador HG – A moderately aromatic lighter brew that makes for a sweet and smooth bodied cup.
Sumatra Mandheling – One of the world’s most full bodied smooth coffees. It’s rich yet relatively low in acidity, just enough to keep your cup vibrant.
Tanzania Peaberry – This coffee comes from the slopes of Africa’s Mt. Kilimanjaro. A rich, mild, aromatic, full bodied brew that is produced from the single or male bean.
